My details
Choose individual or company, update your contact and invoice details, contacts receiving notifications, address book and integration (API keys, webhooks).
On the My details page you manage the contact and invoice details of your record at the courier company, your notification preferences and the people who receive notifications. Open it with My details in the left menu. If you are registered as a company, the page title is My company details.
Individual or company?
So that your invoices are issued correctly, first make the Individual / company choice. If nothing is chosen, you see a yellow warning at the top of the details card.
- If you send parcels for yourself, choose Individual. You may fill in Turkish ID number (optional); if you leave it blank, the invoice is issued without an ID number.
- If you send parcels for a business, choose Company and pick the company type from the list next to it. A Sole proprietorship needs the owner's Turkish ID number and Tax office; a Limited company, Joint-stock company or Other company needs Tax ID (VKN) (10 digits) and Tax office.
- Press Save.
Updating your details
- Correct the Address, Mobile phone, Landline and Email fields on the left card.
- Turn order notifications on or off with SMS notification and Email notification.
- Press Save. You will see "Saved.".
If you want to receive campaigns and announcements, turn on I want to receive campaign and announcement messages. This preference is saved immediately and does not affect order notifications.
Contacts receiving notifications
Add the people who should receive delivery SMS or emails for your orders.
- On the Contacts receiving notifications card, press Add.
- Enter Full name, Mobile phone and Email.
- Use Send SMS and Send email to choose the channels this person receives.
- Press Save.
To change a contact, press Edit next to it. To stop a contact from receiving notifications, clear Active.
My address book
The My address book card shows the records you can pick as recipient or pickup point when ordering. To add a record, contact your courier company. You can also order to an address that is not in the list.
Integration
If your account has the integration permission, two more cards appear. They are for connecting your own software (for example your ordering or ERP system) to Courino; usually your software developer sets them up.
- Integration (API keys): Type a name for the key and press Create key. The key is shown only once; take it with Copy and pass it to your developer securely. Close a key you no longer use, or one you think someone else may have, with Revoke.
- API keys after a password change: All of your keys are revoked when your password changes (when you change it, when the company resets it, or through Forgot password). If your integration stops working, create a new key and pass it to your developer.
- Webhook (event notification): Your system is notified automatically when the status of your orders changes. Use Add subscription to enter the address and events your developer gives you. You can have at most 5 subscriptions.
Step-by-step guides: Creating an API key, Adding a webhook and, for your developer, Integration API.
Having trouble?
- The integration cards are missing: Your account has not been given the API and webhook permission. Ask your courier company.
- I want an account for a colleague: Your courier company opens colleague accounts and sets their permissions. Send your company the colleague's email.
- I can't change my company name: Your courier company changes the name and district.
