Cash on delivery

Collecting the goods price from the recipient — choosing cash or card at delivery, the payment link (QR) and handing cash over to the till.

On some orders you collect the goods price from the recipient, separately from the delivery fee. These jobs show Cash on delivery and the amount. This money belongs to the company; it does not affect your earnings.

Collection at delivery

1. Before handing over, tell the recipient the cash on delivery amount shown on the job.
2. Take the money and choose the method on the delivery screen: Cash or Card (with the POS at the door).
3. Complete the delivery as usual. The delivery cannot be completed without choosing a method.

Payment link (QR)

1. If the recipient wants to pay by card and your company has enabled it, the job shows a payment link (QR).
2. The recipient scans the QR code with their phone and pays by card.
3. When the payment completes the collection is recorded automatically; you take no cash.

Handover to the till

1. At the end of the day take the cash on delivery money you collected to the company.
2. The company records the handover when it receives the money; your balance goes down.
3. You can follow the amount you hold on the Till tab.

Having trouble?

• The recipient refuses to pay: Do not deliver the parcel; enter the reason with Could not deliver and call your company.
• I chose the wrong method: Call your company; the record is corrected from the panel.
• The till amount is wrong: Ask the company to check its till handover record.
