Courier · Earnings and cash
Cash and daily summary
The Cash tab with the cash you hold, collections and handovers; the daily summary in the Deliveries tab; my earnings, advances, approving or objecting to monthly settlement statements with an SMS code, and my payout IBAN.
The cash you collect at the door is tracked in the Cash tab. The day's summary is in the Deliveries tab.
My cash
- Tap Cash in the bottom menu. The My cash screen opens.
- At the top you see Cash I'm holding: money you have not yet handed over to the company.
- Below it is Last 7 days · opening amount.
- The Daily collections bars show the cash you collected each day in the last 7 days. Today is the coloured bar.
In the Transactions list the newest entry is at the top:
- Collection #number (green): Cash you collected on that order.
- Handed over (red): Money you handed over to the company.
Pull the screen down to refresh.
Handing over cash
You give the money to your company in person. The company records the handover in its own panel. Then a Handed over line appears in your list and Cash I'm holding goes down.
Daily summary
- Open the Deliveries tab.
- Pick the day from the day strip at the top or the calendar icon.
- You see that day's Deliveries, Round trips and Cash collected figures and the delivery list.
The My jobs screen also shows Active jobs, Delivered today and Cash on me boxes.
My earnings and advances
- Tap Me in the bottom menu.
- Under Account, tap My earnings. If the item is missing, your company has not turned on the earnings view.
- Choose This month or Last month at the top.
- Net earnings is that month's calculation.
If your company paid an advance during the month:
- Each advance has its own line: Advance: day · amount.
- Below it, Remaining shows net earnings minus the advances paid.
- When your company closes the period, it shows Remainder paid: day · amount.
- You get a notification on your phone when an advance is paid.
Without advances, Paid: day · amount shows once the payment is made. If the pay day is set, Expected payment: day shows before the payment.
My settlement statements
Your company issues you a settlement statement for each month: that month's jobs, penalties, advances and payments, and the net amount. You review the statement and approve it, or object to the lines you think are wrong.
Opening a statement
- When a statement is issued you get a notification and an SMS, and the banner You have a settlement statement awaiting your approval appears at the top of the app. Tap the banner.
- Or tap Me in the bottom menu and open My settlement statements. The number on the row is how many statements await your decision. The list also appears at the top of the My earnings screen.
- Pick a statement from the list. Each one shows its number, the period (for example October 2026), the net amount and the status.
Reviewing
- In Lines, each job, penalty, advance and payment is a separate line. Faded lines are marked Information only; not included in the total.
- Net amount is the statement's total.
- Records shows when the statement was issued, when you approved or objected, the due date and payment details.
Approving
- If the statement is correct, tap I approve at the bottom.
- A 6-digit code arrives by SMS on your mobile phone. Type the code and tap Approve.
- Statement approved appears and the status becomes Approved. Your company is notified.
Objecting
- If a line looks wrong, tap Object.
- In Select the lines you object to, tick at least one line.
- In Explanation, write what is wrong (at least 3 characters).
- Tap Send code. Type the 6-digit code that arrives by SMS and tap Object.
- Your objection was sent to the company appears and the status becomes Objected. If your company accepts the objection, it issues a corrected new version (the old statement shows New version issued) and you approve the new version. If it rejects the objection, its explanation appears on the statement.
Good to know
- Decisions are always confirmed with an SMS code. If the code does not arrive, wait a little and tap Resend code.
- The time of your approval or objection, and the fact that it was confirmed with an SMS code, are recorded. If you did not give an approval yourself, tell your company immediately.
- If your payout IBAN changed after the statement was issued, the statement warns that payment cannot be made. Your company reissues the statement with the new IBAN, and you need to approve the new version.
- The My settlement statements row does not appear if no statement has ever been issued to you. If the row is missing and you know a statement was issued, update the app.
My payout IBAN
You enter the IBAN for your earnings in the app, and your company approves it.
Entering or changing your IBAN
- Tap Me in the bottom menu.
- Under Account, tap My payout IBAN.
- Tap Enter IBAN (or Change my IBAN).
- Type your IBAN in the IBAN box. It starts with TR; spaces are fine.
- The Account holder box is filled with your name. If the account belongs to someone else, type their name.
- Type the password you use to sign in to the app in the Your password box.
- Tap Send for approval.
What happens next
- Your request shows as Awaiting approval. Your company may call you to confirm the IBAN.
- Once approved you get a "Your IBAN was approved" notification. Later payments go to this account.
- If it is rejected you get a notification; the screen shows Rejected and the company's Reason. You can correct the IBAN and send it again.
- Until it is approved, payments go to your old IBAN.
Good to know
- You can cancel a pending request with Withdraw request.
- If you send a new request while one is pending, the new one replaces the old one.
- You can send at most 5 requests a day.
- For your security the app only shows the first and last characters of the IBAN.
Good to know
- A collection is added to your cash when you deliver a cash order.
- If your company allows it, Me › My earnings shows this month's and last month's earnings: delivered jobs, commission base, rate (or salaried), penalties and net amount. If the item is missing, your company has not turned it on. Fuel amounts are not shown in the app; ask your company's manager.
