Albiferro support (Desktik)

Going to Desktik (app.desktik.com), Albiferro's shared support portal, from "Albiferro support" in the left menu without signing in again — custom development, bug, suggestion and complaint requests; credits; who sees it and what to do if it does not open.

Courino is a product of Albiferro. All Albiferro products share one support portal: Desktik (by Albiferro) at app.desktik.com. The Albiferro support link in the left menu (with "with Desktik" in small letters below it) takes you there without asking for a separate username or password — you arrive signed in with your Courino account.

What the portal is for

In the portal you can open these requests to Albiferro:

Paid work (for example custom development) runs on credits (request rights) in the portal: Albiferro makes an offer for your request, credits are reserved when you approve it and deducted when the work is delivered. You see credit packages and your balance in the portal. Credits and requests belong to the company, not the person: the owner and administrators of your company see the same requests and the same balance.

Difference: The Support tickets page in the menu (Support tickets) is for everyday conversation with the Courino support team. Albiferro support goes to the shared portal that tracks custom development, bugs, suggestions and complaints with credits.

Who sees it

Step by step

  1. Sign in to the panel with a Company owner or Administrator account.
  2. In the Administration section of the left menu, click Albiferro support.
  3. After a short "Opening Desktik…" message, app.desktik.com opens; you do not need to sign in.
  4. Open a new request in the portal and write the subject and details; add a screenshot if you like.
  5. Follow replies and the status of offers in the portal. To go back to the portal, click the same link again.
Note: The old address ticket.albiferro.com keeps working for a while and takes you to app.desktik.com automatically; you can update your bookmarks to the new address.
Tip: If your portal session ends, the portal sends you back to the Courino panel; if you are signed in there, you are signed in again automatically.
