My account and payments

Unpaid orders, paying by card (cards are not stored, no automatic payment), deleting old saved cards, prepaid balance and top-ups, account statement, invoices and recent payments.

The My account page shows what you owe your courier company, your prepaid balance, your invoices and your payments in one place. Open it with My account in the left menu.

Unpaid orders

The left side of the page lists Unpaid orders: order number, date, recipient and amount. Total: next to the heading shows your total unpaid amount. Orders paid from your prepaid balance are not listed here.

Paying by card

  1. Tick the orders you want to pay. All of them are selected when the page opens.
  2. Check the Selected: amount and press Pay by card.
  3. The payment provider's secure page opens. Enter your card details there; your card details never reach Courino.
  4. When the payment is finished you return to My account. The result appears in Recent payments within a few seconds.

If your company charges a service fee for card payments, Service fee (card payment) and the Total you will pay appear next to the button; the fee is also shown for Top up prepaid balance and for a new order paid by card. A top-up credits the amount you entered to your balance.

If you left a payment unfinished, a Continue link appears next to it; you can complete the payment from there.

No automatic payment — you enter your card details each time

Your card is not stored and nothing is ever charged automatically. Every payment is one-off:

  1. Press Pay by card, Top up prepaid balance or Place order and pay.
  2. The bank's secure payment page (3D Secure) opens.
  3. Enter your card details there each time and confirm the payment.

There are no Store my card or Charge my later payments to this card boxes on the screen.

If you turned automatic payment on in the past, it is no longer used. You can turn it off in My cards (below).

My cards

My cards appears only if you have a card saved from before. If you have no saved cards, this section does not appear at all.

Your old cards (brand and last 4 digits) are listed here only so you can delete them. They are not used for payments.

  1. Open the My cards card on the right of My account.
  2. Press Delete next to the card you want to remove.
  3. The card is deleted at the payment institution.

If you turned automatic payment on in the past, a Turn off automatic payment button appears here. Press it to withdraw your consent.

Backup card consent is no longer used

There is no primary card or backup card; if a card cannot be charged, no other card is tried.

If you gave backup card consent in the past, untick the box in My cards to withdraw it.

Prepaid balance

If your courier company works with you on a prepaid basis, the Prepaid balance card appears. Your orders are deducted from this balance.

  1. Type the amount you want to add in the Amount field.
  2. Press Top up prepaid balance and complete the payment on the page that opens.

Recent movements (top-up, orders, refund, adjustment, opening) are listed under the card. If the balance falls below the limit set by your company, a red warning appears.

If your company has given you a negative balance limit, Available for orders appears under the balance. It is your balance plus your negative limit; your orders cannot exceed it.

Account statement and invoices

Recent payments

Each payment shows its date, amount and status: Pending, Succeeded, Failed or Expired. A refunded payment shows a refunded or partial refund label.

In the app

The Account tab at the bottom has unpaid orders, Pay selected by card, Prepaid balance and Recent payments. The payment page opens in your phone's browser. The statement and invoices are only on the web. In the app too you enter your card details for each payment; cards are not stored. If you have an old saved card, you can delete it in Account › My cards.
