Document expiry reminders

My vehicle's documents

Documents such as traffic insurance, comprehensive insurance (kasko) and inspection belong to the vehicle you use (its plate), not to you.

  1. Tap the My documents icon at the top right of My agenda.
  2. You see Personal documents (driving licence, SRC…) at the top and My vehicle below.
  3. The My vehicle section starts with your vehicle's plate. If a document has expired or expires within 30 days, a yellow warning appears under the plate.
  4. You can add a photo to a vehicle document too, with Add photo under it.

My vehicle's maintenance

Your company enters the maintenance of the vehicle you use (oil change, scheduled service, tyres…) and the next service date in the panel. You can see these records in the app.

To see the maintenance history:

  1. Tap the My documents icon at the top right of My agenda.
  2. Tap the Maintenance history card at the bottom of the page.
  3. The My vehicle's maintenance page opens. The plate of the vehicle you use today is shown at the top.
  4. Each row shows the service name, the service date, the odometer reading on that day and the workshop.
  5. The label on the right shows the next service: 5 days left, Service due today, 3 days overdue, 400 km left, 50 km overdue or Done.

To report the vehicle's mileage:

  1. On the My vehicle's maintenance page, tap Report km on the card at the top.
  2. Type the mileage shown on your vehicle's odometer without dots. Example: 15600.
  3. Tap Send. The card shows the new Current km.
  4. The labels on the maintenance rows also change by mileage: 400 km left (yellow) or 50 km overdue (red).

Reminders:

  1. 7 days before the next service date and on the day itself, a Vehicle maintenance reminder notification arrives on your phone. Example: "34 ABC 123 · Oil change: service due in 7 days (25.10.2026, 15,000 km)."
  2. If the notification says the service date has passed, talk to your company about taking the vehicle to the workshop.

To add a maintenance record and receipt:

  1. On the My vehicle's maintenance page, tap Add service record.
  2. Choose the service type and date, optionally enter the mileage, cost and service, and save. If no vehicle is assigned to you today, the app tells you; contact your company.
  3. With Add receipt / document under the record, take a photo of the receipt, invoice or maintenance form, or choose one from the gallery (screenshots work too; PDFs cannot be added).

Adding a document photo

  1. Tap the My documents icon at the top right of My agenda.
  2. Tap Add photo under the document.
  3. Choose Take photo or Choose from gallery.
  4. Once uploaded, the photo appears under the document. Repeat for the front and back.
