Signing up with an invite

Signing up as a courier with the invite link a company sends by SMS; sending a leave request first if you are registered at another company.

When a courier company invites you, you get an SMS with a sign-up link on your mobile phone. You complete your sign-up yourself with that link. The link is valid for 7 days and can be used once.

Step by step

1. Tap the link in the SMS. The Courier sign-up page opens in your phone's browser and shows the name of the company that invited you.
2. Check the Full name field. If the company typed it, it is pre-filled; correct it if it is wrong.
3. Type a password in Password (at least 10 characters). Type the same password in Password (again).
4. Choose your vehicle from the Vehicle type list.
5. If you chose motorcycle, car or other vehicle, fill in Plate.
6. Optionally fill in Turkish ID number (optional) and Email (optional).
7. Tick the privacy notice box.
8. Tap Complete sign-up.
9. You see Sign-up complete, with your company and your username.
10. Download the Courino app from the link on the page. Sign in with your mobile number and the password you set. Details: Getting started.

If it says "Leave your current company first"

This means your mobile number is registered to an active courier account at another courier company. A number can be used at only one company at a time. To join the new company you must leave your old company first.

1. Open the Courino app and sign in with your old company's account.
2. On the Me screen, tap Leave company.
3. Optionally write your reason and send the leave request. Details: Leaving the company.
4. Wait for your old company to approve the request. You get a notification when it is approved and your number is released.
5. Open the invite link in the SMS again and complete your sign-up.

Having trouble?

• "This invite link has expired": 7 days have passed. Ask the company that invited you to resend the invite.
• "This invite was cancelled": The company withdrew the invite. Talk to the company.
• "Invalid invite link" or the link was not found: Open the full link from the SMS. If that fails, ask the company for a new invite.
• "Sign-up with this invite is complete": You are already signed up. Sign in to the app with your phone number and password.
• My leave request was rejected: You see your old company's reason in the app. Resolve the issues and send a new request, or talk to your old company.
• The link expired while I was waiting for approval: Ask your new company to resend the invite.
