If you deliver too — courier mode

As the firm owner, link your own courier record, take and deliver jobs from the same phone, and return to management with one tap.

If you own the firm and also deliver parcels yourself, you don't need a second phone or a second account. In the mobile app you switch to your own courier record and take your jobs there. When you're done, you go back to your management screens.

This feature is shown only to the firm owner. Manager and operator accounts don't have it.

First setup (once)

  1. Sign in to the mobile app with your own (owner) account.
  2. Tap the Me tab at the bottom.
  3. Find the My courier account card.
  4. Choose one of the two options. Add myself as a courier: a new courier record is created with your name and phone, and the courier code is assigned automatically (e.g. D-1). Pick an existing courier record: if a courier record in your name already exists, pick it from the list; only active records are listed.
  5. When the card shows "Linked record: …", setup is complete.
A newly created courier record counts toward the active couriers in your plan.

Switching to courier mode

  1. On the Me tab, go to the My courier account card.
  2. Tap Switch to courier mode.
  3. The app opens with the courier screens: Jobs, Agenda, Profile.
  4. You take and deliver jobs like any other courier. Shifts, location and proof of delivery follow the same rules.

Going back to management

  1. In the courier screens, tap the Profile tab.
  2. In the "You are in courier mode as the firm owner" banner at the top, tap Back to management.
  3. If your shift is open, or there are steps saved offline that haven't been sent yet, the app asks first. Your location isn't sent while you're in management. Pending steps aren't deleted; they're sent when you return to courier mode.
  4. Your management screens open.
If your management session has expired (after a long time in courier mode), the app opens the sign-in screen. Sign in again with your own password.
