Courier list

Courier card

  1. Details: name, phone, district, address, start and leaving dates, note. Change them and click Save.
  2. Monthly bonus rate: enter a month and a rate, then click Save. Months without an entry use the Default bonus rate (%).
  3. Traffic fines: use Add to enter the amount, fine date and report number. If Deduct from earnings is ticked, the fine is deducted from earnings. In earnings, a fine counts in the month it was recorded.
  4. Branch (companies with several branches): pick the new branch and click Change branch. Branch history shows earlier periods.
  5. Route: pick a day to see the courier's route and pickup/delivery points on the map.
  6. Change history: shows who changed what on the card.
  7. Documents: the Documents button at the top of the card opens the courier's licence, SRC, insurance and similar documents; see Courier documents.
  8. Recipient rating: the average of the ratings recipients gave the courier for the last 90 days and all time; see Recipient rating.
  9. Earnings payout account: the courier's IBAN and (if not in their own name) the account holder. Used in the bank payment file on the earnings page; see Bank payment file.

Earnings payout account

  1. On the courier card, type the IBAN in the Earnings payout account section (26 characters starting with TR; spaces don't matter).
  2. If the account is not in the courier's name, type the Account holder; if empty, the courier's name is used.
  3. Press Save. An invalid IBAN is not saved.
  4. To remove the IBAN, clear the box and press Save.

IBAN requests

The courier enters their earnings IBAN in the app under Me › My payout IBAN. The IBAN is not written to the courier card until you approve it.

What happens when a request arrives?

Approving

  1. Open the Couriers page. The IBAN requests card appears at the top.
  2. Each row shows the courier, the Requested IBAN, the account holder and the Current IBAN.
  3. Call the courier and confirm the IBAN and the account holder.
  4. Press Approve, then press Approve again in the window that opens.
  5. The IBAN is written to the courier card. The next payment files use this account.
  6. The courier gets a "Your IBAN was approved" notification.

Rejecting

  1. Press Reject on the row.
  2. Type the reason in the Reason box (optional). The reason is sent to the courier.
  3. Press Reject in the window. The IBAN on the courier card does not change.

Good to know

Making a courier inactive

Password reset

If a courier forgets their password, they can reset it themselves with Forgot password on the app's sign-in screen: the link goes by SMS if they have no email (your company's SMS account or approved platform SMS must be set up). Otherwise, open them in Administration › Users and, under Password reset, click Generate temporary password… and then Reset. Pass the new temporary password to the courier; they set their own password at first sign-in.

Vehicles

The Vehicles button on the Couriers page opens your company's vehicle list (plate, type, status). Add one with New vehicle and click a row to edit it; a vehicle you untick Active for is no longer offered in the Vehicle selection on the courier card. The same plate cannot be saved twice.

The Documents link in a vehicle's row opens that vehicle's traffic insurance, comprehensive insurance and inspection documents; the courier using the vehicle is reminded before they expire. Details: Vehicle documents.

Courier settings

From the Courier settings button on the Couriers page:

Courier agenda

In the courier app's Agenda tab the courier sees their own jobs, leaves and personal notes day by day, and requests leave there too.

Good to know

Courier settings also has Delivery code and Location check sections; see Turning on the delivery code and Turning on the location check.
