Courier applications
Viewing, reviewing and hiring from courier applications sent through your website and the courier app.
Couriers who want to work with you send applications from your website or from the Courino app. Applications are collected on the Courier applications page.
Turning on applications
- Open the Settings › Website tab.
- Tick Courier applications on website enabled and click Save.
- To accept applications on your website, show the Add to your website card on the same page to whoever builds your site; the application address is listed there. Details: Website integration.
- Candidates can also apply from the I want to become a courier link on the app's sign-in screen by entering your company code.
While this setting is off, no applications are accepted from either the website or the app.
Reviewing applications
- Open the Courier applications page. The list shows Date, Name, Phone, District, Vehicle and Status.
- Use the selector at the top right to filter by status (All, New, Contacted, Hired, Not suitable).
- Click a row. The candidate's phone, email, vehicle, experience and note open. Tap the phone number to call.
- Update the Status and write about your conversation in Staff note.
- Click Save.
Candidates you hire
Setting the status to Hired does not create a courier record. Create it separately from Couriers › New courier; see Adding a courier.
Good to know
- When applying, the candidate confirms the privacy notice on processing their personal data.
- To prevent abuse, many applications from the same place in a short time are not accepted.
- All staff can see applications; changing status and notes is open to the Company owner and Administrator roles.
Having trouble?
- No applications arrive: Check that Courier applications on website enabled is ticked in Settings › Website.
- Status selector is greyed out: You don't have permission to change applications; you can only view them.
- A hired candidate isn't in the Couriers list: An application doesn't turn into a courier record by itself; create the record manually.
