Courier fuel
Entering each courier's daily fuel spending in a monthly table and following the totals.
The Accounting › Courier fuel page keeps each courier's daily fuel spending (TRY) in a monthly table. It is for tracking your costs.
Step by step
- Open Accounting › Courier fuel from the left menu.
- Choose the month in the field at the top right. Couriers are in rows and the days of the month in columns.
- Type the amount in the cell for the courier and day (e.g.
350or350,50). - You can fill several cells. The Save button shows the number of changed cells in brackets.
- Click Save. The Total at the end of a row is that courier's fuel spending for the month.
Deleting an entry
Clear the amount in a cell, leave it empty and click Save; the entry for that day is deleted.
Good to know
- Fuel amounts are not part of courier earnings; they are for cost tracking only.
- Future days, negative amounts and more than two decimal places are not accepted. One invalid cell stops the whole save; fix it and save again.
- If you change the month, unsaved entries are discarded; click Save before switching months.
- The list shows active couriers and inactive couriers who have entries that month; inactive couriers are marked (inactive).
- Changes are written to the change log.
Having trouble?
- I can't type in the cells and there is no Save button: you only have view permission. Entering amounts requires the Accounting role or the company owner.
- I got an error when saving: check for a future date, a negative amount or too many decimals.
