What is on the screen?

Help

The headset icon at the top of the Jobs, Agenda, Delivered and Cash screens, or Help under Account, opens Quick help. You find what you need without leaving the screen.

  1. While the search box is empty, Tips for this screen shows the article for the screen you are on and its first headings; tap one.
  2. Type what you are looking for (e.g. parcel, signature, cash). The matching articles and headings are listed.
  3. Tap one: the article opens inside the app at that heading, with your search words highlighted. Close it to return to the app.

My contact details

In the Me tab, under My contact details, your mobile phone and email are shown with Verified or Not verified next to them.

  1. Tap Phone and email.
  2. On an unverified row, tap Send code and enter the 6-digit code you receive.
  3. To change your number or email, tap Change; the new value is saved when the code is verified.

Changing your password

  1. Under Account, tap Change password.
  2. Fill in Current password, New password and New password (again).
  3. Tap Save. The new password must be at least 10 characters.

Signing out

Tap Sign out. Steps waiting to be sent are not deleted; they are sent when you sign in with the same account.

Change company signs you out and removes the company code from the phone. It is for those who sign in with a company code.

Leaving the company

To leave your company, you send your company a leave request. Your company approves it; until then you keep working for your company.

  1. On the Me screen, tap Leave company.
  2. Read the explanation on the screen that opens.
  3. Optionally write why you are leaving in the Reason (optional) field (up to 500 characters).
  4. Tap Send resignation request. In the window that opens, tap Send request.
  5. Your request goes to your company. You see its status on the same screen.

Request statuses:

Warning: You cannot send a request while you have undelivered jobs; the app tells you to deliver your jobs first and then continue the resignation process. Remember to hand over the cash you are holding to your company.

If your company does not respond within 3 hours, your request is approved automatically and you are notified. If you are given a new job in the meantime, approval waits until it is delivered.

Delete my account

  1. Tap Delete my account.
  2. Deleted: your login account; name, phone, email, address, national ID and blood group; your location history and device registrations.
  3. Kept: earnings, cash and fuel amounts (legal retention; without your name).
  4. Enter Your password and, if you like, Reason (optional).
  5. Tick I understand this cannot be undone.
  6. Tap Permanently delete my account and confirm.
Warning: Deletion cannot be undone. If you have an active job, the account is not deleted; deliver the jobs first.

My recipient rating

If your company turned on recipient rating, the recipient of a shipment you delivered can give you 1–5 stars. On the Me screen, the My recipient rating card shows:

Notifications

The app asks for notification permission at first sign-in. Courier accounts have no separate notification setting; turn notifications on or off in your phone's settings.

When you tap a notification, the app opens the related screen:

A notification that arrives while the app is open shows as a bar at the bottom of the screen. If the bar has an Open button, tap it to open the same screen.

My notifications

Notifications you missed or swiped away are not lost. Tap the bell icon at the top of the Jobs screen or Me › Account › My notifications.

  1. Notifications from the last 30 days are listed, newest first.
  2. Ones that arrived after you last looked show New. The number on the bell is how many you have not seen.
  3. Tap a notification to open the related screen (see the list above). A notification without an arrow on the right (e.g. a message your company sent by hand) is for reading only.
  4. Pull down to refresh the list.
