Notification settings
Setting up SMS, email, Slack, Teams and WhatsApp accounts, choosing the platform or your own account, and event templates.
SMS and emails to your customers, notifications to couriers and Slack/Teams messages to your team are managed on the Settings › Notifications tab. It has three sections: Company details, Provider accounts and Event templates.
Company details
Enter company name, phone, email, address, tax details and operations contact details, then press Save. These are used in message templates and document headers.
Provider accounts
For SMS and email, Which account should messages be sent from? has three answers:
- Platform account (paid): SMS is sent from the platform's account with the platform's SMS sender name. A fee per SMS unit is added to your monthly invoice; long messages count as several units.
- My own SMS account (free): sent under your own provider contract and your own SMS sender name; the platform charges nothing.
- Off: no messages are sent on this channel.
- Press Set up or Edit on the SMS, Email, Slack or Microsoft Teams row.
- For SMS and email, choose the account. If you chose your own, select the Provider and fill in the requested details. Supported SMS providers are İleti Merkezi, JetSMS, Verimor, İletişim Makinesi and Etelekom; for email, SendGrid and SMTP (your own server).
- For Slack and Teams, enter your own workspace's webhook URL.
- If you want order messages to reach your customers on WhatsApp, set up your own Twilio or Meta account on the WhatsApp row. Step-by-step guide: WhatsApp notifications.
- Press Save, then send yourself a test message from the Send test section.
Because platform SMS is paid, it is never used unless you explicitly choose it. When choosing it you either tick the box accepting the price, or accept the terms and press Request; you are emailed when the request is approved. Platform email is free; the sender name is your company name.
Platform SMS and monthly limit
SMS and emails sent from the platform account are counted: in the Provider accounts section, this month's usage (e.g. "120 / 500 messages this month") and, for SMS, the number of units and the amount are shown next to the platform account. If a monthly limit is set for your company, no messages are sent from the platform account for the rest of the month once it is reached; the Notification log shows a "quota reached" (kotası doldu) error. Only the platform can change the limit; the month is counted in Türkiye time. For uninterrupted sending, set up your own SMS account (free of charge) or open a support ticket to ask for a higher limit.
SMS charge and invoice
Platform SMS is priced per SMS unit (excl. VAT); you can see the current price under Provider accounts. The SMS charge is never taken from a card automatically; you pay the invoice from the panel.
- If you pay a monthly subscription fee, the SMS charge is invoiced on the fee date, showing the period, the number of SMS and the unit price.
- If you have no subscription fee or pay yearly, last month's SMS charge is invoiced separately on the 1st of each month.
- An invoice period runs from the day the previous invoice ended until the payment day; messages sent on the payment day go to the next invoice.
- The SMS usage and invoices list shows the number of SMS, unit price, amount, VAT, status and the invoice (PDF) for each period. Usage not yet invoiced is shown next to platform SMS.
- A new invoice arrives as Awaiting payment. Press Pay now next to the invoice in the list and enter your card details on the bank's secure payment page (3D Secure). Your card is not stored.
- A late SMS charge does not restrict the panel.
- If the price changes you are notified by e-mail and a warning appears on the page. Until you approve the new price your SMS are billed at the price you approved earlier.
Sending through your own SMS account is free and is not invoiced.
Event templates
The table has an On / Off button for each event (e.g. Order created, Delivered, Cancelled) and channel. Press it to:
- turn that message on or off with Send on this event;
- change the Text (SMS up to 612 characters) and insert fields such as
{company_name}from Available variables; - fill in the English version (optional), sent to recipients whose language is English;
- remove your company-specific text with Reset to default.
- the Rating request event goes only to the recipient, after delivery, and
{rating_url}is required in its text; see Recipient rating.
Who gets what?
- Customer and their contacts (SMS / email): by default when an order is delivered. Each person receives according to their own permission, set by the SMS notification and Email notification boxes on the customer card.
- Courier (Courier push): when a job is assigned, reassigned or cancelled.
- Your team (Slack / Teams): by default when an order is created or cancelled.
The Delivery code event sends the code only to the recipient; SMS cannot be turned off and {delivery_code} is required in the text. See Notification template.
Having trouble?
- I can't see my password/key: It is never shown, for security. Type a new one to change it; if you leave it empty the old one is kept.
- Messages aren't sent from the platform account: The monthly limit may be reached; the log says so. Set up your own account.
- I want to send with my own SMS sender name: For that you need to enter your own SMS account.
