Dashboard
Order, delivery and cancellation counts, average delivery time, revenue, daily chart and top customers and couriers for a chosen date range.
The Dashboard summarises how business went in the date range you choose. Figures are based on the date each order was created.
Choosing a date range
- Open Dashboard from the side menu.
- At the top right, press Last 7 days, Last 30 days or Last 90 days. Last 30 days is selected when the page opens.
- For a specific range, fill in the Start and End date boxes. The end day is included.
A range can be at most 366 days.
Indicators

| Order | All orders created in the range |
| Handed over | Delivered orders, with their percentage of the total below |
| In progress | Orders not yet delivered and not cancelled |
| Cancelled orders | Orders that were cancelled |
| Avg. delivery | Average minutes from order creation to delivery |
| Amount | Total order amount, excluding cancelled orders |
Chart and lists
- Daily: one column per day. The light column shows orders created, and the green part inside it shows deliveries. Hover over a column to see that day's figures.
- Top customers by orders: the top five customers and their order counts. Press a customer's name to open their record.
- Top couriers by deliveries: the top five couriers and their delivery counts.
- The status labels at the bottom show the number of orders in each status. Press a label to open the Orders page filtered by that status.
Good to know
- The Amount indicator and the amount columns in the lists are shown only to users with accounting permission (company owner, administrator, accounting). Operators see counts only.
- If you have several branches, use the branch selector in the top bar to see a single branch's figures.
- This page does not update live. Refresh the page for the latest figures.
Tip: Use the Operations screen for following work during the day; the dashboard is for period summaries.
If orders were delivered outside the radius in the selected period, a Deliveries outside radius card appears; click it to open the list. See List and dashboard.
Having trouble?
- I can't see amounts: Your role has no accounting permission.
- An error appears when I pick dates: The range must not exceed 366 days, and the end must not be before the start.
- Avg. delivery shows "—": No orders were delivered in the selected range.
