Website integration

Adding a price quote form and courier applications to your own website, allowed site addresses and customer sign-up mode.

You can let visitors to your own website ask for prices and let courier candidates apply. The settings are on the Settings › Website tab.

Step by step

1. In Site addresses, enter the address of the site that will use the forms (e.g. https://www.yourcompany.com). One address per line; at most 10.
2. To enable price quotes, tick Price quotes on website enabled.
3. Choose Customer type for prices and Price list. Prices shown on the site are calculated with these two.
4. To accept courier applications, tick Courier applications on website enabled.
5. Press Save.
6. Copy the Ready-made price form (HTML) code in the Add to your website section and paste it into a page on your site (or send it to your web designer).

The visitor chooses pickup and delivery districts and a delivery type, and sees the price including VAT. The price is calculated the same way as an order you create in the panel.

Courier applications

Applications from your site land on Couriers › Courier applications (Courier applications). To build the application form, your web designer uses the Courier application address shown in the same section. Applicants must accept the privacy notice.

Customer sign-up

Your customers can sign up themselves on the customer portal with your company code. Customer sign-up has three options:

• On — I'll approve sign-ups: the new customer stays Awaiting approval until you approve.
• On — accept without approval (can order immediately)
• Off — only I add customers

Pass the sign-up address and your company code from the Share with your customers box to your customers. For the approval process: Customer sign-up approval.

Good to know

• The forms only work from sites listed in Site addresses; other sites can't use your form.
• To prevent abuse, at most 60 price queries per minute and 5 applications per hour are accepted from the same internet address (IP).
• A mobile number can be registered as a customer with only one courier company at a time.

Having trouble?

• The form doesn't work on my site: Check that your site's address is in Site addresses exactly (including https, with or without www as your site uses it) and that Price quotes on website enabled is ticked.
• No price appears: Customer type for prices and Price list must be selected.
