Bulk shipments (Excel / CSV)
Creating many shipments for a customer at once from an Excel or CSV file; template, preview, rows with errors, duplicate protection and the result report.
If a customer sends you a list of dozens of shipments every day, you do not have to enter the orders one by one. Put the list into the template and upload it; every row is checked and only correct rows become orders.
How does it work?
- Uploading the file does not create orders; the rows are checked first and you see a preview.
- When you confirm, only valid rows become orders. Rows with errors are skipped.
- Each order is priced with the usual price rules, exactly as when you enter it by hand. Courier earnings do not change.
- A file can have at most 1000 rows and be at most 5 MB.
Step by step: uploading a file
- On the Orders page, press Bulk shipments.
- Download the Excel template (or CSV template) at the top right.
- The first row of the template holds the column headings; do not change them. Delete the sample row.
- Write each shipment on its own row.
- Search for and select the customer in Sending customer.
- Choose your file in File.
- Press Upload and check. The rows appear in the table.
- If there are rows with errors, read the reason (see below).
- If everything is right, press Import valid rows. To cancel, press Cancel.
- Orders are created in the background and the progress bar fills. You can leave the page; the work continues.
- When it finishes, download the status and order number of every row with Result report (CSV).
Columns
- Recipient name, Recipient phone, Area and Address are required.
- Province and District are optional. If two areas have the same name, use district/province to tell them apart.
- If Delivery type is empty, your company's first delivery type (not a round trip) is used.
- If Parcels is empty it is 1 (at most 99).
- Barcodes: if the customer has its own barcodes, separate them with commas (e.g.
ABC1,ABC2; semicolons or spaces also work). If empty, the system assigns barcodes. - Reference no: the customer's own order/waybill number. It is used for duplicate protection; we recommend always filling it in.
- Weight (kg) and Notes are optional.
- A template with Turkish headings is also accepted.
Rows with errors and why
- Invalid (red): the row has missing or wrong data. The reason is in the "Result" column (e.g. "area not found", "invalid phone").
- Already exists (will be skipped): an order with the same reference no for the same customer, or with the same barcode in your company, already exists. The row is not created; the existing order number is shown.
- Not created: the row was valid but a rule stopped the order from being created. The most common reason: no price is defined between the two areas. Complete the price list and upload the row again.
- Use the Only rows with problems switch to see just these rows.
- You can upload the corrected file as it is: rows already created become "already exists", only the new ones are created.
Recent uploads
- Recent uploads are listed at the bottom of the page. Press Open to return to the preview or the result.
- Upload records are kept for 30 days. The orders created are not deleted.
- Uploads made by the customer in the portal or through the integration (API) also appear here.
Having trouble?
- It says "column headings not recognised": Download the template again; do not change the headings in the first row.
- It says "area not found": The area name must match your company's area list. If two areas have the same name, fill in District and Province.
- A row is "Not created": Usually no price is defined between the two areas. Complete the price list and upload the file again.
- The progress bar does not move: Refresh the page. The work continues in the background and appears in Recent uploads when it finishes.
