Order list

Searching and filtering on the Orders page, amount and delivery day ranges, sorting by column, sharing a link to the view, bulk actions and exporting to Excel.

The Orders page is the archive of all your orders. Use the filters to find a job, apply bulk actions to selected orders and export the list to Excel.

Step by step: finding an order

  1. Open Orders from the menu. The newest orders are at the top; 50 orders are shown per page.
  2. To search by something you remember, type it in Search: part of the recipient's or sender's name, phone, address, reference or order note is enough. Case does not matter; the list refreshes by itself when you stop typing.
  3. Choose a status in the Status list (for example, only "In pool").
  4. Use the two date boxes to choose a range. The date is the day the order was created, and the end day is included.
  5. To search by number, type it in Order no. and press Enter. To search by the customer's own number, use Reference no. (case does not matter; an exact match is searched).
  6. Click More filters for more. These filters are listed below.
  7. To filter by customer, type the name in Search customer, then pick it from the list next to it. Orders the customer placed or paid for are listed.
  8. Click an order number to open its details.

Sorting and sharing the view

  1. To sort the list, click No., Date, Status or Amount in the table header. The ▲ next to the heading means ascending, ▼ means descending.
  2. Click the same heading again to reverse the order.
  3. While filters are in use, a Clear filters (n) button appears next to them; the number is how many filters are active. It resets all filters and the sorting.
  4. Click Copy link. The filters, the sorting and the page number are kept in the link. Send the link to a colleague; when they open it, they see the same list.

The person who opens the link only sees the orders their own permissions allow (for example, a branch account sees only its branch's orders).

Searching by barcode and printing labels

  1. To search by parcel barcode, type it into the Barcode box or scan it with a barcode reader and press Enter. Case does not matter.
  2. To print labels for several orders, tick the boxes to the left of the orders.
  3. In the selection bar choose the label size and press Print labels. All parcels of the selected orders are printed at once.

More: Parcels and barcode labels.

Bulk actions

  1. Select orders with the boxes at the start of each row (the box in the header selects all on this page).
  2. In the bar that appears, choose the action: Assign to courier, Return to pool, Picked up, Delivered, Cancel or Approve.
  3. Enter the courier when assigning, the person who received it when delivering, or the reason when cancelling.
  4. Click Apply. Each order is processed separately: those that do not qualify (for example, already delivered) are listed as "failed" with the reason, and the rest are completed.

Exporting to Excel

The Export to Excel button downloads the orders matching your current filters as a file (CSV). The file opens directly in Excel.
