My discounts and birthday

Viewing discounts given to you on the web and mobile app, how they are applied to orders, adding your date of birth and special dates, turning off commercial messages.

Your courier company can give you discounts on your birthday, on your special dates or in campaigns. The My discounts page shows your active and upcoming discounts.

Viewing your discounts

1. Press My discounts in the left menu.
2. Each card shows the discount rate or amount, its name and the days it is valid.
3. A discount marked Upcoming has not started yet; one marked Valid can be used today.
4. If there is a usage limit, the card shows how many uses are left.

In the mobile app, tap the Me tab at the bottom and open My discounts.

How a discount is applied

• The discount is deducted automatically from the price of orders you place on the valid days; you don't need to enter a code.
• You see a Discount line when placing the order and in the order details.
• If several discounts apply at once, the one with the highest amount is used.

My date of birth and special dates

1. Press My details in the left menu.
2. Fill in Date of birth and press Save.
3. In the My special dates card, press Add special date.
4. Enter the Special date name (e.g. "Founding anniversary"), Day and Month.
5. Press Save special dates.

In the mobile app you can add the same details by tapping My special dates on the Me tab.

These details are optional. Your company can send you greetings or discounts on these days.

Turning off commercial messages

• Open the link at the end of a campaign or discount message and press I don't want commercial messages to stop these messages.
• You can also change this with the I want to receive campaign and announcement messages switch on My details.
• Order and delivery notifications are not affected.

Having trouble?

• The discount was not applied: The order day must be within the discount's valid days and the usage limit must not be used up. If it still does not appear, write to your courier company.
• My discounts is empty: Your company has not given you a discount yet. If you add your date of birth and special dates, you can get discounts on those days.
