Bulk shipments (Excel / CSV)
Placing many shipments at once with an Excel or CSV file; template, preview, rows with errors, result report and integration (API).
If you have many shipments every day, you do not have to enter them one by one. Write your shipments into the template and upload it; every row is checked and only correct rows become orders.
Step by step
- On the My orders page, press Bulk shipments.
- Download the Excel template (or CSV template) at the top right.
- Do not change the headings in the first row. Delete the sample row.
- Write each shipment on its own row: recipient name, phone, area and address are required.
- Choose your file in File and press Upload and check.
- You see your rows in the table. No order has been created yet.
- If there are rows with errors, read the reason; you can fix the file and upload it again.
- Press Import valid rows. Your orders are created in the background.
- When it finishes, download the order numbers with Result report (CSV).
Good to know
- A file can have at most 1000 rows and be at most 5 MB.
- Each order is priced exactly as when you place it on its own.
- If Parcels is empty, 1 parcel is created. You can write your own barcodes in the Barcode column, separated by commas.
- We recommend writing your own order number in the Reference no column. A second order is never created with the same reference no.
Rows with errors
- Invalid: the row has missing or wrong data; the reason is in the "Result" column.
- Already exists (will be skipped): you already have an order with the same reference no or barcode. If you upload the same file twice by mistake, no duplicate orders are created.
- Not created: a rule stopped the order from being created (e.g. no price is defined between these two areas). Talk to your courier company.
- Use the Only rows with problems switch to see just these rows.
Integration (API)
- If you create shipments from your own software, you can use the bulk endpoint
POST /me/orders/batch(at most 1000 rows). - If you send
dryRun: true, the rows are only checked and no order is created. - The result also appears in the Recent uploads list on this page.
- You get the API key from My company › Integration.
Having trouble?
- It says "column headings not recognised": Download the template again; do not change the headings in the first row.
- It says "area not found": Check the area name; if two areas have the same name, fill in District and Province.
- There is no Bulk shipments button: Your account may not be allowed to place orders; talk to your courier company.
