Signing up and signing in to the Courino app as a customer, tabs, placing, editing and tracking orders, favourites, tracking link, My notifications, notification permission and settings.

Get the Courino mobile app from Google Play (the iPhone/iOS version is coming soon to the App Store). With it you place orders from your phone, follow them and receive notifications. You sign in with the same details as your web portal account.

Signing in

  1. Open the app. On the Sign in screen, fill in Mobile number or e-mail and Password, then tap Sign in.
  2. If the same details match more than one account, a list appears; choose the row marked Customer account.
  3. If you were given a temporary password, the Change password screen opens first; set a new password and tap Save.

Signing up in the app

If you do not have an account yet, you can sign up in the app:

  1. On the sign-in screen, tap Sign up as a customer.
  2. Enter the Company code your courier company gave you and tap Continue.
  3. Fill in Company or full name, Mobile number, District, Address, Password and Password (again). Contact person and Email are optional; the password must be at least 10 characters.
  4. Tick the privacy notice consent and tap Sign up.

If the company opens sign-ups immediately, the app says "Your account is open; you can sign in." If the company approves every sign-up, it says "Your sign-up is awaiting the company's approval."; you can sign in, but you cannot place orders before approval. Tapping Sign in returns to the sign-in screen with your mobile number filled in. Signing up with Google is not available in the app; use the web portal.

If you are registered in the company's previous system, the Activate my account (existing customer) link on the sign-in screen opens the activation page in your browser. More: Getting started.

  3. Tapping a notification opens the related screen: an order notification opens the order details, a payment or refund notification opens the Account tab, a cash on delivery notification opens the cash on delivery screen and a request notification opens your request.
