My scheduled jobs
Saving your regular shipments once; the repeat rule, the reminder and cancel link, skipping a repeat in the calendar.
Do you send the same shipment every week or every month? With a scheduled job you save the shipment once; each repeat turns into your order automatically when it is time.
- Each repeat becomes a normal order before the pickup time (usually 24 hours before) and appears in My orders.
- Orders open in your name.
- You get a reminder before each repeat; if you have no shipment that day you can cancel it.
Adding a plan
- Open My scheduled jobs from the menu.
- Press New scheduled job.
- Fill in the Repeat section at the top (details below).
- Choose the recipient, delivery type and payment as in a normal order.
- Press Save plan.
Good to know:
- You can also set up a plan with the Schedule switch on the New order page.
- The price shown is today's price. Each repeat becomes an order at the price valid when it opens.
- A plan has no pickup time, reference number or card payment. To pay by card, pay the opened order from My account.
Repeat rule
- Type a Plan name (e.g. "Bank papers every Monday").
- Choose the Pickup time.
- Choose the repeat type:
- Once: A single future-dated shipment.
- Every week: Tick one or more days.
- Every month: Tick days of the month. A day the month does not have (e.g. 31) moves to the last day of the month.
- You may enter a Start and End day. With no end the plan runs indefinitely.
- If you leave the times alone, your courier company's defaults are used. Do not send a reminder turns the reminder off.
Reminder and cancelling
- Before each repeat (usually 26 hours before) you get a reminder by SMS or e-mail. If that falls between 21:00 and 08:00, it comes at 08:00.
- If you have no shipment that day, open the link in the reminder.
- Press Cancel this repeat and confirm with Yes, cancel.
Good to know:
- Only that repeat is cancelled; the plan and later repeats continue.
- If the order is open but not yet given to a courier, it is cancelled too.
- An order already given to a courier cannot be cancelled by the link; call your courier company.
- The link is valid until the pickup time.
- For reminders, your mobile number or e-mail must be on file and notifications allowed.
Calendar
- On My scheduled jobs, open the Calendar tab.
- Change month with the arrows.
- Press a repeat.
- If you have no shipment that day, press Skip this repeat. If you change your mind, press Undo skip.
- If the order has opened, press the order number in the window to go to the order.
The calendar also shows public holidays, religious holidays (eves are half days), holy nights and special days. If one of your repeats falls on a holiday, the day gets a red frame saying Public holiday — planned job. If you have nothing to send that day, skip the repeat. On a phone a list appears below the days.
Changing and deleting a plan
- In the My scheduled jobs list, press the pencil icon on the plan's row, make your changes and press Save plan.
- To delete, press the bin icon and confirm with Delete plan.
Later repeats of a deleted plan do not open; orders opened before stay as they are.
Having trouble?
- No order opened: Check the repeat's status in the calendar. It may be skipped or the plan may be paused. Write to your courier company if needed.
- No reminder arrives: Check your phone and e-mail in Company details and your permissions in My notifications.
- The link says "invalid": The pickup time may have passed.
- I cannot cancel: If the order was given to a courier, call your courier company.
