Proof of delivery

See the delivery photo and who received your shipment on the tracking page; the time and place each photo was taken on the order page.

The courier may take a photo when your shipment is delivered. You can see these photos in two places: the tracking page and My orders.

Proof of delivery on the tracking page

If the company has turned this on, the tracking link (sent by SMS/e-mail) shows a Proof of delivery section after delivery.

1. Open the tracking link you received.
2. When the shipment is Delivered, you see the Proof of delivery section on the page.
3. Received by: is the shortened name of the person (e.g. Ahmet Y.).
4. Below it are the delivery photos (up to 3) and the Taken: time.
5. Tap a photo to open it large.

Good to know:

• If you do not see the section, the company has not turned it on or the courier did not take a delivery photo.
• Photo links are short-lived; they refresh on their own while the page is open. If a photo does not open, refresh the page.
• The tracking link closes 48 hours after delivery. After that you can see the photos in My orders (if you have an account).

Time and location of the photo

If you have a customer account, photo details are on the order page.

1. Open My orders.
2. Click the order.
3. In the Photos card, under each photo you see:

• Taken: the date and time the photo was taken.
• Location: where the photo was taken (latitude, longitude, ± metres). Click it to open the map.

1. Click a photo to open it large.

If the time taken is unknown, Uploaded: and the upload time are shown. The location appears only if the courier's phone reported one.

Having trouble?

• The photo shows the wrong place or person: Call the company or open a request from Contact us.
• The photo does not open: Refresh the page. If the link has expired, a new one comes automatically.
