License (on-premise)

The Settings › License tab in Courino installed on your own server — license status, entering a license key, connecting to the license server, the installation ID and the license payment page (agreement approval, card or bank transfer).

This article only applies if you installed Courino on your own server (on-premise). There is no License tab in cloud use; your fee is explained in Subscription fee and card. Only the company owner sees the License tab.

License status

The License status card at the top of Settings › License shows:

Step by step: entering a license key

  1. Copy your license key from your e-mail; it starts with KOS1.
  2. Open Settings › License.
  3. In the Enter license key card, paste the key into the License key box.
  4. Press Save. The License status card refreshes with the new details.
  5. To check right away, press Connect to the license server now; the Last connection time is updated.

License payment page

When you buy or renew a license, you receive a payment link. It opens the Courino On-Premise payment page.

  1. In 1. Accept the license agreement, scroll the agreement to the end; only then does the checkbox unlock.
  2. Tick I have read the On-Premise License Agreement and accept it on behalf of my company and fill in Accepted by (full name, title).
  3. Press Accept and continue to payment. The acceptance time, IP address and browser details are saved with the order.
  4. To pay by card, press Pay by card. Card details are entered on the payment provider's secure page; your license is issued as soon as the payment is received.
  5. To pay by Bank transfer, get the invoice with Download proforma invoice and write the order number in the transfer description. Our accounts are in Paying by bank transfer.
  6. When you see Payment received, you are done. Your license key and installation instructions arrive by e-mail; an existing installation picks up the new license by itself within 6 hours at the latest.
