Company settings
The tabs on the Settings page; company details, working hours, online payment request, e-Invoice, webhook and license.
All of your company's settings are on Administration › Settings. The page is split into tabs; only people with the Company owner role can open it.
Tabs

Step by step: changing a setting
- In the side menu click Administration › Settings.
- Pick the topic you want to change from the tabs at the top (e.g. Payment and bonus).
- Change the field; the ? at the top right opens that tab's help.
- Click Save at the bottom of the tab. A "Saved" notice appears.
- Make sure you have saved before switching tabs; unsaved changes are lost.
Company details
Company name, phone, email, address, tax office and tax number are in the Company details section at the top of the Settings › Notifications tab. They are used in messages, service statements and account statement headers. More: Notification settings.
Working hours
The General section of the Settings › Pricing tab has Opening time and Closing time fields. If left empty, you are treated as open 24 hours; closing time may pass midnight (e.g. 20:00–02:00). Orders outside working hours are not blocked; the customer portal shows an "outside our working hours" notice. For pricing settings: Pricing basics.
Payment and bonus
- Online payment: For your customers to pay by card, read the terms, tick I have read and accept the terms and press Request. The status becomes Requested — awaiting approval; you are emailed when it is approved. Turn an active feature off with Close, or remove a pending request with Withdraw request. More: Online payments.
- Courier bonus base: Whether the courier bonus is calculated on the service fee excluding or including VAT.
- Prepaid low balance warning: Prepaid customers whose balance falls below this amount are flagged. Enter 0 to turn it off.
Platform SMS is requested the same way; that request is on the Notifications tab.
e-Invoice
Invoices are issued through your own Paraşüt account. Enter Company number, your Paraşüt user and password, tick e-Invoice on, then press Save and Test connection. More: Invoices.
Other tabs
- Branches: Branches
- Website: Website integration
- Webhook: Use Add subscription to choose the address and events. The signing secret is shown only once; store it somewhere safe.
Having trouble?
- I can't see the Settings menu: This page is only open to company owners.
- There is no License tab: It is not shown in cloud use; it only exists on systems installed on your own server.
