Branches

Opening branches in different provinces, assigning couriers to branches, branch-scoped staff and branch price lists.

If you have units in different provinces, define each one as a branch. A branch is not a separate company: couriers, districts and orders belong to a branch, but you follow all of them from one panel. Accounting (invoices, accounts, prepaid balances) stays company-wide.

Adding a branch

  1. On the Settings › Branches tab, press Add branch.
  2. Enter Branch name, Province, Phone and Address.
  3. Optionally choose a Default price list.
  4. Press Save. If you chose a province, the Add districts from ready list window opens; tick that province's districts to add them as the branch's districts in one step.

To add districts later, use the Add districts button on the branch row (the branch's province must be set first). Every company has one Default branch; in single-branch companies everything runs in it.

Orders and branches

One panel for all branches

If you can see more than one branch, a branch selector appears in the top bar. With All branches you see everything together; choosing a branch filters orders, couriers, the dashboard, courier cash, earnings and charges to that branch. To limit staff to certain branches, see Users and permissions. The company owner always sees all branches.

Branch prices

Prices are calculated with the same rules in every branch; only the list used changes. The order is:

  1. the list chosen for that branch in the Branch price lists section of the customer card,
  2. the customer's general price list (if valid in this branch),
  3. the branch's Default price list.

If a price list's Branch field is All branches, the list is valid everywhere. Night and bridge settings are company-wide. More: Pricing basics.

Branch-specific night and bridge settings

In Settings › Branches, use Night and bridge on the branch row to set the night multiplier, night hours, bridge fee and bridge regions for that branch only. For fields with Use company setting ticked, the Settings › Pricing › General value applies. For example, leave the bridge regions empty for an İzmir branch so Istanbul's bridge regions (3, 4, 8) do not apply to İzmir districts numbered 3.
