Integration status
See on one screen whether your store connections, İYS, e-invoicing, webhooks and notification channels are working; what the colours mean and what to do for each problem.
The Integration status screen shows all of your company's connections to outside systems in one place: your e-commerce stores and marketplaces, İYS, e-invoicing, your webhooks, Slack, Microsoft Teams, SMS, WhatsApp and email channels. If a connection breaks, orders may stop coming in or notifications may stop going out; this screen shows it before you notice it yourself. When a connection fails, you get an email (details) and our support team is notified right away too.
The screen is on the Administration › Settings › Integration status tab and only people with the Company owner role (permission to manage settings) can open it.
Step by step: opening the screen
- In the left menu press Administration › Settings.
- Choose Integration status from the tabs at the top.
- You see one card for each connection. Cards with problems come first.
- To refresh, press Refresh at the top right. The Last checked line shows when the status was calculated.
If you have no connections, the screen says "You have no connected integrations yet"; press Connect store to connect one.
What do the colours mean?
- Green — Working: The connection is fine. You do not need to do anything.
- Orange — Attention: The connection works but there is something to look at (e.g. orders awaiting a match, a one-off error). Work mostly carries on.
- Red — Not working: The connection is broken or keeps failing. Orders may not be coming in or messages may not be going out; look at it now.
- Grey — Off: The connection is saved but switched off. It is not checked.
What is on a card?
- Title: For e-commerce, the connection name with the platform (Trendyol, Shopify…) and branch below; for the others, the channel name (İYS, e-invoice, SMS…).
- Problems: Under each problem there is a short what to do hint and a link to the related settings page.
- Last success / Last attempt / Last error: Shown as "5 minutes ago"; hover to see the exact time.
- Last 24 hours: On SMS, email, Slack, Teams and webhook cards, how many messages were sent and how many failed in the last 24 hours.
- Show last error: Opens the provider's last error text. You can copy it when opening a support ticket.
The warning on the dashboard
- If at least one connection is red, a red strip appears at the top of the dashboard: "N integrations are not working". The Integration status button on the strip opens this screen.
- If there is only orange, a quieter note appears.
- If everything is fine, nothing is shown. Only people with permission to manage settings see the strip.
Email notification
When a connection turns red, we also send you an email, so you do not have to keep the screen open.
- Connections are checked every 15 minutes.
- If a connection turns red, you get an email with the subject "Integration error: …". It shows the connection's name, branch, what is wrong and the last error from the provider.
- If several connections break in the same check, they all come in one email.
- We do not repeat the email while the error lasts; the red strip on the dashboard stays.
- When the connection works again, you get an "Integration recovered: …" email showing how long the error lasted.
Who receives it?
- Company owner (permission to manage settings): for all connections.
- Manager: only for e-commerce store connections. A manager limited to certain branches only receives it for their own branch's store; a company-wide store connection goes to managers who see all branches.
- Dispatchers and accountants do not receive it.
Tips:
- The email goes to the address on your account. If it is missing or wrong, the company owner fixes it under Administration › Users; see Users and permissions.
- It is sent from Courino's own account, so it arrives even when your own email account is the one that broke.
- No email is sent for orange (Attention) states; you see those on this screen.
- The email comes in your account's language (Turkish or English).
Problems and what to do
E-commerce connections
- You need to authorise the app in your store again (red): The store approval (e.g. IdeaSoft) was revoked or has expired. On the Settings › E-commerce tab press Authorize in store on the connection and approve in the store panel that opens.
- Orders could not be fetched several times in a row (red): The order check failed at least 3 times in a row. Usually the API key was deleted, changed or has expired. Follow the "E-commerce: renewing the key" steps below.
- The connection has never succeeded yet (red): Not a single order check has succeeded since the connection was set up. Follow the "E-commerce: renewing the key" steps and check the store address too.
- The last order check failed (orange): A one-off error. The store may have had a short outage. Press Refresh in a few minutes; if it does not recover, check the keys.
- No successful order check in the last 2 hours (orange): The connection has not responded for a while. The store may be having an outage; if it continues, check the keys.
- Order status could not be written back to the store (orange): Orders still reach your couriers; only the "delivered" status cannot be written back to the store. Check that the key has write permission.
- Orders waiting to be matched or fixed (orange): Some orders have a district or address that could not be understood. Open the Waiting for a match list in Settings › E-commerce; fix the district or address and import the order, or skip it.
- Orders could not be imported (orange): Read the error reason in the connection's order list, fix it and try again.
E-commerce: renewing the key
- Check in your store or marketplace panel that the API key is still valid; create a new key if needed.
- Edit the connection in Settings › E-commerce and enter the key again.
- Press Test connection.
- Go back to the Integration status tab and press Refresh.
For details see E-commerce integration.
İYS
- The last call to İYS failed (red): The İYS user name or password may have changed. Check them in Settings › İYS and press Test connection.
- Consents could not be sent to İYS (last 7 days): See why the records failed in Settings › İYS › Report queue. They are retried once the connection is fixed.
- Consents waiting to be sent for more than 1 hour: The queue is not moving. Usually the İYS connection is the problem; test the connection first.
For details see İYS integration.
e-Invoice
- E-invoices could not be issued (last 7 days): Read why the invoice failed on the Invoices page and check the connection details on the Settings › e-Invoice tab. See Invoices.
Webhook, Slack, Teams, SMS, WhatsApp, email
- Messages could not be sent in the last 24 hours (orange): Some messages did not go out.
- SMS and email: Read why the message failed in the Notification log. If you use your own SMS or email account, check its balance and key.
- Webhook: Check that the URL is reachable and returns a 2xx response (Settings › Webhook).
- Slack and Teams: Check that the channel link in Settings › Notifications has not been deleted.
- WhatsApp: Read the error in the Notification log; check that your template is approved, your access token is valid and your Twilio/Meta account has balance. See WhatsApp notifications.
- No message could be sent in the last 24 hours (red): The channel is not working at all. Do the checks above right away.
For details see Notification settings and Notification log.
Having trouble?
- I fixed it but the card is still red: The card turns green after the next successful attempt; this can take a few minutes. Wait a little and press Refresh.
- I cannot see the tab: Only people with permission to manage settings see this tab. Ask the company owner for permission.
- I do not know what to do: Press Show last error on the card, copy the text and open a support ticket.
